Property Ease provides real estate support including property listings, buyer/seller assistance, rental advisory, site visit coordination, and transaction guidance. We are an intermediary and do not guarantee final transaction outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.
Property details such as area, pricing, approvals, possession timelines, and amenities are provided by owners, developers, or third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, users must independently verify all legal, financial, and technical details before making decisions.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate identity, ownership, and contact details. Misrepresentation may lead to termination of service access.
You agree not to use our platform for fraudulent listings, unlawful brokerage bypass, or prohibited real estate transactions.
