1. Acceptance of Terms

Property Ease provides real estate support including property listings, buyer/seller assistance, rental advisory, site visit coordination, and transaction guidance. We are an intermediary and do not guarantee final transaction outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Property Information & Accuracy

Property details such as area, pricing, approvals, possession timelines, and amenities are provided by owners, developers, or third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, users must independently verify all legal, financial, and technical details before making decisions.

User Responsibilities

Your obligations as a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant

Provide truthful information

You must provide accurate identity, ownership, and contact details. Misrepresentation may lead to termination of service access.

Use services lawfully

You agree not to use our platform for fraudulent listings, unlawful brokerage bypass, or prohibited real estate transactions.

Attend and verify during site visits

Site visits are for evaluation only. Final due diligence on title, approvals, encumbrances, and construction quality remains your responsibility.

Respect confidentiality

Any proprietary documents, pricing discussions, or negotiation details shared during service engagement must be handled confidentially.

Commercial Terms

Brokerage, payments, and cancellation terms

4. Brokerage and Service Fees

Brokerage or advisory fees are communicated before transaction closure. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees become payable upon successful deal closure (sale, purchase, lease, or rental agreement execution).

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made through approved channels. Delayed or disputed payments may attract legal recovery action and service suspension where applicable.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction over Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive authority in legal disputes unless otherwise mandated.
